Anti-Trafficking Statement
BENEROUITH & CO MEDIA LTD (trading as Benerouith London) operates a zero-tolerance policy on human trafficking, modern slavery, coercion and the exploitation of vulnerable adults. This statement is published in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our commitment
The Agency is wholly opposed to any form of human trafficking, slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, debt bondage or coercion, in our own operations and in any business relationship we hold.
Onboarding screening
Before representation begins, every companion is met in person by an Agency principal. We verify (i) age and identity using a current government-issued photographic document, (ii) right to live and work in the United Kingdom, (iii) a second proof of address, and (iv) that the companion is acting of their own free will, without third-party pressure, controller, "manager" or partner directing them. We decline representation where any of these checks raise concern.
Ongoing welfare
Companions hold their own earnings in full — the Agency takes a transparent introduction fee only, agreed in writing in advance. We do not hold passports, identity documents or accommodation on a companion's behalf. A welfare check-in is offered every quarter. Companions are signposted to National Ugly Mugs, SWARM and the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline (08000 121 700).
Reporting concerns
Anyone may report a concern about trafficking, coercion or exploitation in absolute confidence to benerouithcoltd@gmail.com. Reports are reviewed by a principal within 24 hours. Where a credible safeguarding concern is identified, we will report it to the Modern Slavery Helpline (08000 121 700) and, where appropriate, to the Metropolitan Police on 101 or 999.
Governance
This statement is approved by the directors of BENEROUITH & CO MEDIA LTD and is reviewed annually.
